Symptoms: insomnia, muscular tightness, pain in the abdomen, head, chest and shoulders/neck, nausea and dizziness.

Homeopathic Treatment: Arsenicum albicum helps with anxiety and occasional panic attacks. Argentum nitricum will help with panicky situations involving other people, Gelsemium will help strengthen and Aconite will remedy shock, fear and panic.
Bach Remedies: Rescue Remedy (acute anxiety), White chestnut (mental anxiety) and Scleranthus (decision anxiety).
