Naturopathy Include a vitamin B complex in your diet and eat many iron-rich vegetables and other foods like pumpkin seeds, green leaves, liver, kidneys, raisins, apricots, strawberries and wheat germ. Clams, mussels and oysters, sardines and turkey. Another great diet supporter is to drink of plenty of raw vegetable juices and eating molasses.
