Specific symptoms include: Giggly and at a complete loss – LSD. Red eyes, drowsy, very thirsty and hungry – cannabis. Pinpoint-size eye pupils – morphine or heroin. Trembling, unsteadiness, confusion – tranquilisers.
Naturopathy: Eating plenty of vegetables and fruit, drinking at least 8 glasses of water, exercise. Initial fasting might be a suggestion, to detox. Increase intake of vitamin B complex, vitamin C and cut out all sugars and as far as possible meat.
